Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and placed inside its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
